The Philippine Navigators invites you to the Youth Congress – "Living by the Purpose". This gathering will feature discussions on recent developments and concerns of young people in schools and other communities around the Philippines. There will also be a series of fun and fulfilling activities that will build-up fellowship and camaraderie among students and other young people who will participate in the said event.

The Youth Workers' Congress – "Leading by the Purpose", is an event parallel to the Youth Congress. It is open to the Youth Development Facilitators and other leaders of small groups in the communities of the Navigators. There will be training sessions that aim to mold the participants' leadership capabilities.

The congress and conference will be held on April 8-11, 2010 at Hidden Paradise Mountain Resort, in San Fernando, Cebu.

We are now accepting Youth Development Facilitators (YDF) applicants.

The following areas are in need of interested trainees:

1. Metro Manila - University Belt
2. Metro Manila - University of the Philippines
3. Metro Manila - Ministry to the Poor Community
4. UP Los Baños - Campus
5. Los Baños - Ministry to the Poor Community
6. Cebu Ministry - Campus
7. Cagayan De Oro Ministry - Campus
8. Samar Ministry - Campus
9. Leyte Ministry - Campus
10. Admin Ministry - Nav Office

Qualifications:

1. Fresh graduate is preferable but not necessary.
2. Preferably he/she is 20 to 25 years old. Beyond that is subject to deliberation.
3. Has been leading bible studies during college.
4. He/she should be available for one year training.
5. Willing to be relocated.
6. Emotionally and physically fit
7. Willing to raise his/her own funds
8. Recommended by area leader.
